Complete secretariat complex over ten months: Prashanth leads officials

Hyderabad: Minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy, Minister of Roads and Buildings, reminded officials that there were only ten months left for the completion of the secretariat complex works.

The Minister on Thursday inspected the current works in all six blocks of the secretariat complex.

He investigated whether the works were carried out according to the worksheet and gave some instructions to the officers on the safety measures to be followed during the execution of the works.
“All the works must be completed according to the deadlines set by Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao,” he told officials, wanting them to work with the construction company (Shapoorji Pallonji) and speed up the works.

The Minister instructed the officials to arrange block and floor material in good time and as previously planned. The focus should be on carrying out the works according to plans without wasting much time, he told officials.

He wanted the officials to work in full coordination with each other to ensure that the works are completed according to schedule without compromising the quality of construction.
