Narendra Modi on Thursday hit out at people who are questioning Centre's
vaccination age criteria and said the standards adopted by India are the same as the ones undertaken by countries across the globe.
"You are educated. Please read the standards adopted by countries across the globe and you will realise India's criteria for vaccination is no different from those applied by most prosperous countries," he said, adding that there is a need to prioritise.

The PM appealed to the youth to help all people aged above 45 in their areas to get vaccinated.
Several chief ministers, including Arvind Kejriwal and Uddhav Thackeray, had written to the Prime Minister and urged him to relax the age restrictions for vaccination.
