NENT sells Splay One to Caybon for undisclosed sum as Studios divestments continue

Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT) has announced the sale of its NENT Studios division Splay One to Swedish digital media company Caybon. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. In early 2020, NENT announced its intention to reorganise NENT Studios to focus on scripted drama production for Viaplay, and to divest NENT Studios' non-scripted production, branded entertainment and events businesses.
