The rate at which COVID-19 cases are rising in the country is alarming, especially in Mumbai where the numbers are only seeing a spike by the day. Bollywood has also been hit badly by the infection. However, celebrities are leaving no stones unturned in taking precautions and raising awareness about the same. Recently, Bollywood diva Preity Zinta was snapped in the city. The actress was seen making her way out of her gym. The actress was also seen requesting paparazzi to maintain social distance as they click her pictures. A few days ago, she took to her Twitter page and talked about the lockdown and the importance of wearing a mask. She wrote, 'Another lockdown in Mumbai! Hope people understand the seriousness of our situation and start wearing masks and keep social distance from each other as this is our only way of fighting this pandemic even after being vaccinated!' Earlier, Rakhi Sawant was also snapped in the town. A fan came to get clicked with her, to which she refused as the person wasn’t wearing a mask. She told him to wear a mask and said, ‘Because of people like you the state is under a lockdown’.
