    Indian pharma set for a value upgrade shot: Phillip Capital

    The BSE Healthcare index ended up 1.65 per cent at 21,926.98 on Tuesday. The index has gained 62.4 per cent in the last year.

    Mumbai: Phillip Capital believes the Indian pharmaceutical sector is set for a value upgrade. A strong exports opportunity, supply chain de-risking by global pharma from China, strategic end-to-end integration, enhanced speciality drug efforts and recovery of global pharma demand are likely to drive this value upgrade, said the brokerage The BSE Healthcare index ended up 1.65 per cent at 21,926.98 on Tuesday.
