    I knew of a guy who will illegally subletting office space to tons of startups in Beverly Hills, stopped paying his lease to the building, and continued to collect rent from all the startups and made out like a bandit while they all got kicked out.
    It was right at the intersection of Wilshire and Almont in Summer 2012 BTW. I'm not going to say what this guy had in common with Madoff and Horwitz.
