Movie Artistes Association (MAA) is currently having hard times after its foundation. Before the Corona pandemic the association members were divided into two groups and had an ugly spat with each other. The association is currently surrounded by many controversies. The meeting that was held earlier was also said to have witnessed walkouts.

Before the Corona pandemic the association members were divided into two groups and had an ugly spat with each other. The association is currently surrounded by many controversies. The meeting that was held earlier was also said to have witnessed walkouts.

The two groups are headed by naresh and jeevitha Rajasekhar who blamed each other.
Some members of the association requested chiranjeevi to come forward and dissolve the present association and to conduct fresh elections and nominate new members for the posts.

While naresh was elected as MAA President, Rajasekhar was the vice-president and his wife jeevitha was the General Secretary of MAA. jeevitha and Rajasekhar accused naresh of running the association unilaterally without consulting other members in the association.

Also, MAA every year publishes diaries  in january, which didn’t happen this time and in this march MAA elections are said to have taken place, which were also ignored. The situation of MAA is degrading day by day.

Now the latest buzz that is doing rounds in the film nagar is that chiranjeevi who headed the disciplinary committee of MAA has resigned the post. Yes! It is now heard that he stepped down from the post, which is raising many eyebrows. We have to wait and see what will happen to MAA in the coming future and who will come to rescue it.
