Made-in-India PC and PSVR Game Down and Out Announced - Oculus Rift

Indian studio Zatun has announced a VR beat 'em up game dubbed Down and Out. It is set for a May release date for Oculus VR headsets and Steam, and July for PlayStation VR.

Down and Out boasts a free style fighting system that also allows players to freely explore the setting. According to Zatun, Down and Out's combat system has been tailored specially to be played in VR.

The game's main setting is the seedy underbelly of a big city. Players take on th role of a homeless person who doesn't even have a penny to their name. Down and Out's story will play out through a series of story quests that will take the character from being a poor nobody to being powerful and infamous, according to Zatun.

  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or AMD equivalent
  • Storage: 2 GB available space
  • VR Headset: Oculus Rift

  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD equivalent
  • Storage: 4 GB available space
  • VR Headset: Oculus Rift S

While Down and Out is set to release on PC VR in May, its Steam page doesn't yet have any information with regards to a confirmed release date or pricing.
