Hot upgrades subscribers to 500 Mbps at no extra cost, offers 1 Gbps on IBC network

Israeli operator Hot Telecom has embarked on deploying its fibre-optic cable network and is upgrading existing subscribers to 500 Mbps internet at no cost, Globes reported. The company is discontinuing its 100 Mbps service, and from now on will offer 200 Mbps and 500 Mbps services on its existing cable network, with 1 Gbps over fibre-optic cable where the IBC network reaches.
