Serious Questions about GA Voting Laws

Can anyone legitimately tell me how this law makes it harder for blacks and poor folk to vote?

I'm being 100% serious here as I keep seeing so much conflicting information like the laws open up more opportunities for early voting and additional drop boxes for faciliting mail-in voting. I also hear that you need a more specific form of voter ID, but I don't understand why or how that's a legitimately limiting factor to your right to vote. I've also heard that they can't pass out food or water within 150 feet of the polling place -- so okay, set up a food & water station in the parking lot? I'm just looking for a legitimate explanation -- as it is impossible to discuss this in person without people getting emotional as all hell and honestly I don't have the time nor patience to try to deal with people getting emotional over a simple discussion.

It's not about the water or drop boxes. It's really about ballot harvesting. Ballot harvesting is how Democrats won. In basic terms, they went in cities and found people that ordinarily wouldn't vote for various reasons and had them fill out absentee ballots.

Does the GA bill disallow ballot harvesting? If so, I support it even more.

Cant that still happen though as long as people have voter IDs? Or do you now need to actually request an absentee ballot?

It doesn’t. It makes voting fraud harder and hence why the Dems hate it.
