UP Board Exams now from May 8

Lucknow, Apr 7 (UNI) Owing to panchayat elections and surge in COVID-19 cases, Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education on Wednesday revised the annual Board Examination dates for class X (High School) and XII (Intermediate). Now, it will commence from May 8.

Earlier, the UP Board Exams were scheduled to begin from April 24.

Officials here on Wednesday said while both the examinations for High School and Intermediate will commence on May 8, the High School Exams will end on May 25 and Intermediate on May 28.

There will be 2994312 candidates in the High School Examination and 2609501 candidates in the Intermediate.

The Secondary Education officials have sent letter to all district officials for the examination without cheating.
