Thread: Damn my lawyers good (ded fkn srs)

The adjustor has never once called me to reach out and look at my truck

I ask my lawyer to light fire under his ass so it can get repaired

All of a sudden I get a call and voicemail and the adjustor sends an email asking for information, photos and proof of ownership.

I even seen the conversation prior since it’s forwarded , lol @ this phaggot asking for a recorded statement of the accident and the current/past extent of my injuries.

Per my lawyer I am under no legal obligation and do not consent to any recorded statements. I am consenting to statements regarding my vehicles damage and scheduling a viewing for an adjustor. That’s it.

I’m just gonna call him and tell him I forwarded everything and hang up. **** that scumbag.

What a scumbag job , insurance adjustor. Must have gotten word I’m a tradie and think I’m retarded or something.

Anything you say can be used against you even if you’re obviously not at fault for the accident.

I did the same thing without a lawyer being I am not a braindead tradie SRS but my lawyer is goat also so feels good mane. Gonna finally start making it end of this year / early next year.

This is a fake thread, what insurance company would pay to repair your 95 Ford F-250 they would just consider it a total loss and give you $3350 srs

2000 not a obs and my truck was valued at ~11k by kbb before it was hit

They either have to fix it or buy it if there’s a cash payout for the damages


If I tell them I’m not getting rid of it they have to fix it and deem it a salvage lol

Oh and trust me , I’m 5 steps ahead , I already made sure I can get full coverage on it again before I switched insurance companies.

How was he supposed to know the story if you're being obstinate and refusing to give a statement? If the other guy was uninsured I assume you're fighting with your own insurance?? Did you not have uninsured motorist coverage?

No I didn’t have full coverage because State Farm wanted to sodomize me for it

That’s one reason I switched and pay less for full coverage than I did for just liability

The rental car company has 3rd party insurance for instances like this

My uninsured motorist coverage was 3000$ , that’s not gonna fix my 10k body damage, my front suspension damage , my leaking rim and my damaged tire ( from the crumpled panel cutting in to it).

Too bad my friend who’s also an insurance broker says they do in CA. They might fight me for it but they are legally responsible for the damages.

So the other uninsured driver was driving a rental? If he had no coverage and declined the rental coverage that was offered to him then you're in a bad spot. The only way to get any money is going to be going directly after the driver. If he did have the rental car coverage I'm not sure what the big deal is because they usually just pay out without much of a fuss.

This is the first time in 4 months this cocksucker has reached out to me. He’s already proved himself to be a lying scumbag about sending letters and ****, you’re damn right I’m seeking legal console.

My lawyer said once things get into gear to expect them to settle for the state minimum pre litigation in cases like this.

I think it’s 50k or so in CA.

It’s too soon to say how much resistance I’m facing because the mother****ers haven’t even reached out to me yet despite me calling ESIS multiple times and leaving messages.

No he said that’s the max to expect before court. He said the California state minimum for bodily injury is 50k.

Maybe it's just AAA but when my old car was totaled they used KBB value.

Related: AAA was great, when I called the first thing they asked was if I was ok, then they went into the insurance sht afterwards. Easy as hell, they inspected the car, deemed it totaled and paid me more than KBB, maybe $300 over, due to it having been in such god condition before the accident. Might have helped a lot that I had CHP report with other driver admitting fault so they knew the other insurance company would be footing the bill.

Got $1k for my wrist getting a bit fcked out of it too, any more than that and I'd have needed to go to court and without any serious/long lasting injury I'd not likely get much more than that.

Full coverage crew, never been at fault in an accident, no tickets, either so rate is pretty damn low.

Can confirm whoever is paying for it will not use KBB they look at what comparable vehicles are going for. Although at the moment that will probably do you just fine because used prices are randomly quite high right now.
