Ram Setu co-stars Nushrratt Bharuccha and Jacqueline Fernandez check on Akshay Kumar after he was hospitalized for being COVID-19 positive

Actor Akshay Kumar was recently diagnosed with COVID-19 amidst shooting for his upcoming film Ram Setu. He has been in quarantine since then and is waiting to recover to resume shooting. Ram Setu will also see Nushrratt Bharuccha and Jacqueline Fernandez in crucial roles.

Ever since Akshay Kumar and 45 junior artists from the film set tested positive, the shoot has been kept on hold. The cast and crew have been advised to quarantine themselves.

Both the actresses have been checking on Akshay Kumar while he recovers from the Coronavirus. Nushrratt shared a screenshot of a conference call that had Jacqueline and Akshay Kumar. She captioned it with the words, “Checking up on each other! Far apart but together in spirit!!”

She also mentioned that she was in quarantine as a preventive measure. She shared a boomerang video of herself and wrote, “Isolation, Steam inhalation, Precautions, Stay Safe.”
