As the nation witnesses a drastic surge in the cases of COVID-19, many Bollywood celebrities like Alia Bhatt, Akshay Kumar, Govinda, Aditya Narayan, Rohit Saraf, Vikrant Massey, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, and others have confirmed being tested positive. Popular singer and 'Indian Idol 12' host, Aditya Narayan took to his official Instagram account and shared a throwback picture from their trip to Kashmir earlier to inform his fans that he and his wife Shweta Agarwal have tested positive for COVID-19. He wrote, 'Hello all! Unfortunately, my wife @shwetaagarwaljha & I have tested positive for Covid-19 & are in quarantine. Please stay safe, continue to follow protocol & do keep us in your prayers. This too shall pass'. Now, currently, Aditya, who is currently under home quarantine, shared a selfie on social media talking about his health status. He posted a witty note to lighten the mood. He wrote on Instagram, 'SARS-COVID has taken a toll on me, it has made me sexier #heysexy #thankscovid'. Now, talking about Aditya's work front, the star kid has been replaced by TV actor Rithvik Dhanjani for this weekend episode of 'Indian Idol 12'. Speaking about the same, Rithvik Dhanjani said, 'I will be filling in for just one weekend for Aditya. I will shoot for the show on April 5. I have worked with Neha Kakkar, Vishal Dadlani, and Himesh Reshammiya, the judges of Indian Idol 12, before. My approach towards the show will be of a fan. My parents follow it religiously. I am just going to be myself. There is no special prep as such, I will just go enjoy myself because I think that’s how it’s done'.
