Clothes murder: woman, paramour held in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: City police have arrested two people in connection with the murder of a tailor in Karmikanagar last week.

The arrested persons were identified as Syed Mohammed Ali (22) and Rubeena (25), the victim’s wife.

AR Srinivas, DCP (West) said Syed Mohammed and Rubeena have had a friendship for the past two years. The victim, Siddiqui, once caught her with Ali in their home. Siddiqui defeated Ali, after which he had a grudge against him. However, the suspect continued his relationship with Rubeena.

On March 28, Rubeena went to her parents’ house as part of the plan to eliminate Siddiqui and stayed there. On March 30, Ali spent the night following information from Rubeena about Siddiqui’s presence at his home in Karmikanagar.

“The man gained access to the house after he removed the iron grate with the help of a screwdriver. When he was inside, he hit Siddiqui with an iron bar that led to his death. “Later he put the body in the fridge and left the place,” the DCP said.

On a complaint from the family members, Jubilee Hills police registered a case and, using available clues, caught Mohammed Ali. Upon interrogation, he reveals with Rubeena his involvement in the murder.
