Anyone balance boxing/MMA training with lifting?

Does anyone do both? How do you guys manage to keep up with the cardio/fatigue of training boxing/MMA and with lifting? How many times a week do you guys do it? Do you do each the same day? Does it affect your gains?

I mean MMA and boxing fighters are generally pretty swole so by their example it should be possible. Just need good sleep and nutrition. Yes you will be more fatigued.

I'm guessing lifting should be done first if they fall on the same day? Is a rest day still needed (lifting some days, boxing some days, some days both)?

From what I've read you typically drop down to two days of weight training to allow for your sport.

Keep it simple: 3 compounds and a bit of core work.

    Day 1
    Squat
    Shoulder Press
    Pull up

    Day 2:
    DL/RDL/Weighted back ext.
    Chest Press/Push Up variations
    Horizontal Row/Recline row

Depending on how serious your MMA is there's a serious case for unilateral work, you're rarely working with both feet flat.

Lets be honest, you aint doing a proper boxing training routine. You are hitting the bag for 3 rounds while watching tiktok between them. I think you will be all right
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

This is for performance right? What if I want to go for aesthetics/muscle mass?
