I'm so annoyed with them.

- before mom died she sold her car to a cousin
- after she died I saw toll tag charges coming in on mom's CC
- CC company says they can't fix it
- NTTA says have to have DL# and can't find it
- cousin pays back charges
- happens again, lots of charges
- contact cousin, cousin pays back charges
- third time ask cousin to be sure there is no TT from mom in the car and she says there is not
- fourth time? cousin doesn't pay charges, says she removed tag and tried to talk to NTTA and got nowhere
- finally find DL# for mom
- call NTTA and give them DL#, explain car was sold and mom is deceased
- they say that they can't do anything and the credit card company has to do a charge back; say that they will remove the CC from the account but the toll reader may be charging based on the plate number on the car
- working on paying down the CC
- this month? new charges again from NTTA, another $120

that sounds like a ****ing migraine and a half
