RBL Bank logs 26% yoy growth in deposits during Q4, advances stood at Rs60,012cr; Stock jumps 3%

RBL Bank said that Retail advances grew 14% YoY and 6% QoQ for the quarter ended March 31, 2021.

RBL Bank recorded gross advances (provisional) of Rs60,012cr in the fourth quarter ending March 2021 (Q4FY21) period, registering a 2% rise from advances of Rs58,966cr in the corresponding period of the previous year.

RBL Bank said that Retail advances grew 14% YoY and 6% QoQ for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. With the mix of retail: wholesale advances at approximately 59:41.

Meanwhile, RBL Bank witnessed total deposits (provisional) of Rs73,123cr in Q4FY21 rising by 26% from Rs57,812cr a year ago same period.

The bank's CASA stood at Rs23,264cr in Q4FY21 increasing by 36% yoy. While the CASA ratio was at 31.8% in Q4FY21 versus 29.6% in Q4FY20.

RBL Bank's liquidity coverage ratio was at 154% in Q4FY21 against 155% in Q4FY20 and 164% in Q3FY21.

At around 10.44 am, RBL Bank was trading at Rs211.95 per piece higher by 2.7% on Sensex.
