Nice insights!

When they are connected to 2 devices simultaneously, and we are listening music / watching video on another device, the audio will randomly cut off for 2-3 seconds : This is common with BT devices. I disconnect from all other devices.

I think I didn't frame that properly. I mean it will keep happening (at random times) during the course of entire usage of earphones when it is connected to 2 devices simultaneously. Didn't see this issue with LG HBS A100 or Samsung Level U.

You did. When it happens with me I disconnect all other devices and then I face no issues.

Did you try using these on android and see if the connectivity issues are only with apple devices or android as well?

I did not. Both devices in this case are apple only, one iPhone and one iPad. I will try may be with one android tablet and one iphone and see if the issue still persists.

Thanks let me know. I am planning to go for the active 75t. I had that for a few days last year as my sis had them but never tried them with multiple devices

Most people I think don't use multipoint. Especially people with large screen phones (as mostly, their phone is their media device). My use case is specific, at least when I used to go to office. I have my BT earphones connected to my iPhone if a call comes and also connected to my Amazon Fire 7 tablet where I watch TV shows in company bus.
At home, I use Samsung Level U connected to my office laptop for team calls and simultaneously connected to Amazon Fire 10 HD to watch shows on slow days. This is the reason I really like multi point feature in Bluetooth earphones.

True nowadays I either use my phone or tv for media consumption...sometimes laptop while working

Multi device connection works fine for me with an apple laptop and iphone. Have never broken down for even a second. Maybe it varies device to device. For 3200, these are a bloody good deal.

I got them for 4500, but a good deal at that price too

I have two pairs of 65t that I had bought in 2018 @10k each.
They are underrated for what they offer.
Very good pair of TWS.

One pair developed battery issues, luckily just a month before the 2yr warranty expiry.
Jabra took a while to procure the replacement but replaced with a brand new pair no questions asked.

But the sad part was that the build quality of the new pair has gone down by several notches.
Weight/quality difference is pretty apparent as I have both the launch variant and the current one.
Sound quality is mostly the same, so probably cost cutting in material quality and this probably explains the new lower selling price.

Can you help me here? I wanted to register for warranty purpose and they say that I should use Sound+ app to register for 2 years warranty. I did register but now if i want to somehow verify the warranty period / status, how do I do that? Is there any website? I did find one website but when I put the serial number from box of the earbuds (same serial number is inside the case too) and it said it cannot find serial number. i did not find a proper website too where I could register the product. The one I got simply asked my email and nothing else and told me it is registered, no serial number asked anywhere.

The registration you do via the app should be enough.
You do get a confirmation mail post-registration like the following.

Jabra India support is outsourced to Proconnect(Redington).
So in case of warranty, all you need is...
  • Raise a support request via Sound+ app
  • Proconnect will raise a service ticket and get in touch with you.
That is how my replacement was processed.
Apart from that there is no live warranty tracker for Jabra India AFAIK, if that is what you are looking for.

Thanks. I got the email so I am guessing it should be good now. And yes I was looking for a proper website to track warranty like we have for Apple's check coverage but seems you told, Jabra does not have it.

I had/have these (still have them, but one earbud is broken and the latch on the case is broken so the other earbud is hard to charge - user error).
One advantage I found of them is that you can purchase individual replacement components. I managed to lose/break the right earbud and the case, but was able to replace them at a relatively reasonable cost (the cost was reasonable in reference to purchasing them for 10k, this was 3 years ago that I got them and replaced the earbud)

Just updating...

1. The unit is still rocking and I am starting to like more and more.
2. I got opportunity to test on the road when I had to go somewhere walking. The hear through / transparency works superb. With music on and hear through on, you feel like you are wearing a non iem earphones.
3. Found out today that if I want to use only earbud it can only be the right one. Left alone cannot be used. Video keeps going but no audio. Weird implementation.

Regarding point 3, all the early generation buds followed the master-slave concept because it is easier to implement. Only one bud is tracked and the other syncs to the first one. This of course causes a lot of issues because of which eventually every one is moving to independent buds.
