BT resumes full-fibre broadband network access talks with ISPs

BT has restarted talks with retail broadband providers TalkTalk and Vodafone over long-term access to its full-fibre network, reports The Telegraph. The talks were dropped in 2019 amid BT concerns that it could violate competition law.
