HDFC: The individual loan business continued to see strong improvements during the quarter ended March 31, 2021.

Adani Enterprises along with its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Gare Palma II Collieries Private Limited has signed coal mining agreement with Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO) for development and operation of Gare Palma Sector II coal mine.

Maruti Suzuki India: Suzuki Motor Gujarat (SMG), a 100% subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation for the production of automobiles in India, has completed construction of plant C and started production from April 2021. “With production starting at the Plant C, which has an annual production ability of 2,50,000 units, together with Plant A and Plant B, the total ability of SMG will be 750,000 units,” said the company in its BSE filing.

Hero MotoCorp sold 576,957 units of motorcycles and scooters in March 2021, registering a growth of 72% over the corresponding month in the previous year. The company had sold 334,647 units in March 2020.

SAIL: Despite the volatility in the market during the year, the determined efforts by the Company to improve its volumes saw it clock its best ever annual sales at 14.87 MT, a growth of 4.4% over 14.23 MT during FY20.

Britannia Industries has declared an interim dividend at 6,200% i.e., Rs62 per equity share for the financial year 2020-21. The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend has been fixed as April 10.

IL&FS receives Rs693cr settlement claims for two road projects from NHAI.

Bharat Road Network has signed an agreement with Cube Highways, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital, for the complete transfer of ownership in an operating toll road project in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. BRNL currently holds 39% stake in this project.

Ashiana Housing said the 8.31 lakh square feet of area has been booked in Q4FY21 against 4.14 lakh square feet in Q4FY20, while the value of area sold was worth Rs299.71cr in Q4FY21 against Rs145.96cr in the corresponding period. “1,131 number of units were booked in FY21 vis-a-vis 1,505 units booked in FY20,” said the company in its BSE filing.
