Samsung has now announced its Buy and Try promotion for Galaxy foldables for the United Kingdom fans. The offer will let users try a new Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G or Galaxy Z Flip 5G for a period of 60 days. If they are not satisfied with the purchase, they will be eligible for a complete refund within the aforementioned window. The offer is valid only for purchases made between April 1st and June 22nd, 2021 after which the standard return policy will come into effect.

There is no doubt that foldable smartphones are innovative and cool to use but they are very expensive as well. This is the main reason there are many users who are skeptical about spending a fortune on a phone which also has durability questions. In an effort to give users assurance about its foldable phones, Samsung has extended its return window for a period of 100 days.

Samsung's newly extended return window is applicable for Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G and Galaxy Z Flip 5G. The traditional return window for smartphones is around two weeks but has now been extended to a little over three months. The official name for the new scheme is "Buy and Try" which will let users try out the smartphone and if they do not like it, they can return within 100 days for a complete refund.

A Samsung spokesperson said,

“This new initiative will help consumers try and see if a foldable device is right for them, as part of Samsung’s commitment to making foldable devices more accessible for everyone".

The important thing to note is that Samsung's new Buy and Try scheme is available only until April 1st. It means if you will buy Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G and Galaxy Z Flip 5G after the deadline, you will be eligible only for the standard 15 days return window.
