CARE reaffirms 'AA' rating with stable outlook on long-term bank facilities of Kalpataru Power

The credit rating agency has also reaffirmed CARE AA /Stable rating on NCDs and CARE A1+ rating on Commercial Paper.

CARE Ratings Limited as a part of the annual rating surveillance exercise has reaffirmed the rating of various financial facilities of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited.

The rating on long-term bank facilities has been reaffirmed CARE AA; Stable and the rating on long-term / short-term bank facilities has been reaffirmed as CARE AA; Stable / CARE A1+.

The credit rating agency has also reaffirmed CARE AA /Stable rating on Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) and CARE A1+ rating on Commercial Paper.

Further, as the company has redeemed the NCDs aggregating to Rs100cr, CARE has withdrawn its rating for the same.

At around 1.12 pm, Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd was trading at Rs376.45 per piece down by Rs5.05 or 1.32% from its previous closing of Rs381.50 per piece on the BSE.
