Kamal Haasan recently turned out to be a politician and he is now a candidate in Coimbatore (South) constituency. He is standing against BJP's Vanathi Srinivasan in the same constituency and during the campaign, there have been some heated words exchanged between both parties. Veteran Film actor Radha Ravi lashed out at Kamal Haasan with some derogatory words and vulgar statements and he brought Kamal's personal life to the limelight.

He even said that Kamal would disappear from politics after the assembly elections. In this case, reacting to his statement, kamal haasan said, "I will quit movies without any second thoughts if it becomes a hurdle to my political career. My producers need not worry as I will definitely wrap up my current projects and then bid adieu to my cinema career itself.


Let us wait and see who will disappear as that has to be decided by the people only." Kamal Haasan's Makkal Neethi Maiam party is contesting in 154 seats across tamil Nadu and it has reserved 80 seats for its alliance partners All india Samathuva Makkal Katchi (AISMK) and Indhiya Jananayaga Katchi (IJK). The polling happens tomorrow.
