I'm 6'1 weight 182lb, I've been cutting fat over the last 3 months and i know that I've gained muscle mass when I've compared photos from last year to now.
I know calculating bodyfat is not completely accurate but I am at 21%.
I'd would like to build more muscle so should I be on a caloric surplus now ?. I'm classed as skinny fat and I've only be working out for the past 3/4months.
