Rallis Chemistry Exports ceases to be subsidiary of Rallis India

Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, vide notice March 29, 2021, has struck off the name of ‘Rallis Chemistry Exports from the registrar of companies.

Rallis India Limited informed the exchanges that the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, vide notice March 29, 2021, has struck off the name of ‘Rallis Chemistry Exports Limited’ from the registrar of companies. Accordingly, RCEL stands dissolved and ceases to be a subsidiary of the Company with effect from said date.

The company on January 17, 2019, had intimated that the Board of Directors of the Company had approved the proposal to file a voluntary application with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra for removal of the name of Rallis Chemistry Exports Limited, a non-operational wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (RCEL), from the register of companies.

Rallis India Ltd trade ended at Rs258.20 per piece down by Rs1.4 or 0.54% from its previous closing of Rs259.60 per piece on the BSE.
