    Unhappy Its always funny to see people who you haven't in a while at the gym

    and they either gained or lost a lot of weight.

    usually it is always gained.


    guys and girls who were super shredded and competed, i see them get obese.

    went from 195lb shredded to 238lb hambeast. I still powerclean 315lb, so at least I'm somewhat of a strong fatty.

    May be the guy just stopped lifting.

    If natties stop lifting for a while they also shrink and it will take them around 2 months to get back to where they previously were.


    If enhanced users stop lifting, but keep taking the drugs, they will lose muscle at a much slower rate than a natural. If they come off they will shrink faster than a natural due to them temporarily having low androgen levels.

    However, if they do decide to hop on again and hit the gym, they can get back to where they were in 2 weeks instead of 2 months.

    Here is an example of this





    - guy stops lifting for a year
    - goes on a 6 week blast and gains 50 lbs (muscle memory, water and glycogen)
