HYDERABAD: Telangana on Monday recorded 1,095 new cases of Covid-19 and six deaths taking the state's Covid-19 tally to 3,13,237 and toll to 1,723.
The number of active Covid-19 cases in the state has now increased to 8,746 and nearly half of these are in home isolation.
So far, 3,02,768 patients have recovered from the infection.
The case fatality rate (CFR) is currently 0.55 per cent while the recovery rate has further reduced to 96.65 per cent.
While Telangana still continues to fare better than other states when it comes to CFR and recovery rate but it is slowly slipping on both counts.
With 43,070 tests on Monday, Telangana has now completed 1.04 crore tests and has done 2.8 lakh sample testing per million population.
