No matter warmup, hand position, foot position, hip height. You name it. Deadlifts to me hit my low back like tricep extensions hit my triceps. What am I missing? My deadlift is so weak that i can pretty much barbell row with perfect form, horizontal back, what I can deadlift.

Deadlifts are to lower back like extensions are to triceps.
