Asim Riaz and Himanshi Khurana met inside the house of Bigg Boss in season 13. The actress had been a wild card contestant on the show, and it was love at first sight for the Kashmiri model. He began spending time with Himanshi inside the house, but the latter kept her distance as she was already engaged to someone. Sooner, Himanshi fell in love with Asim and the two of them confessed their feelings for each other. They have been going strong for about a year and more. However, they faced a lot of backlash wherein some fans accused Himanshi of being behind Asim's money. The Punjabi actress said that while it affects her personally, she has grown to focus on her relationship. Recently, in an interview with Times of India, Himanshi Khurana spilled the beans on her wedding marriage plans with Asim Riaz, one thing that she feels jealous about and her long-distance relationship with the model-turned-actor. Himanshi Khurana revealed that she is jealous of Asim Riaz for the bond he shares with her mother. The Afsos Karoge actress said, "I sometimes get jealous because my mom forgets to message me but Asim and she talk daily on messages. Asim’s niece is very fond of me and she sends me voice notes. She loves my style and keeps messaging about gowns, lehengas. She is always in touch with me." Aww, isn't that sweet of Asim and Himanshi's mother? On the wedding plans with Asim Riaz, Himanshi Khurana told the portal, "Asim has just started working full-fledged and it is time for him to grow and excel. So right now we are not thinking about marriage. I am also working round the clock and have some amazing offers. Getting married means we will have to give time to each other. Currently, we are working in different industries, the mindset is very different. Our upbringing, religion, he’s in Mumbai so everything is different. We don’t want to rush and mess up things. Marriage is a big commitment. We don't want to get married in haste and then later on our relationship becomes a joke for others. We want to be prepared for it and want it to happen at the right time. It will be a mature decision." The actress said that it is not so difficult to manage a long-distance relationship. The actress said, "Actually it’s not very difficult to manage a long-distance relationship. We both are from the same profession so there’s an understanding. We both are working and whenever we get time in between we take flights and meet each other."
