Farmers tried to lay seige to BJP office over farm laws but halted at 3 pts : Sources

Mr. Som Parkash had come to the local BJP office to attend a party meeting Sunday.
As soon as the information of the presence of Mr. Som Parkash at the party office reached farmers they headed towards the BJP office, but were stopped by the police at three points. Some of the farmers attempted to break the barricades at Red Road but the police force deployed their foiled their attempt. Farmers were seen sloganeering against the Central government and Mr. Som Parkash.
Mr. Som Parkash who remained in the party office for about two hours, left the venue under the protection of heavy police force.
