Identify countries for infra-development: Telangana CS to collectors

Hyderabad: General Secretary Somesh Kumar asked the collectors of Ranga Reddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri districts to identify government lands and buildings to use and provide various infrastructure development activities.

On the direction of Prime Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, Somesh Kumar held a teleconference with the relevant head of department on Saturday on the integrated development of municipalities and corporations in the Ranga Reddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri districts from BRKR Bhavan.

He asked officials to prepare the status of municipalities on infrastructure and facilities such as drinking water, sewage, roads, landfills, integrated vegetarian and non-vegetarian markets, the situation of power in terms of transformers and substations and police stations.

The general secretary instructed all the department heads to prepare proposals with a view to future growth in all 29 municipalities in the Ranga Reddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri districts. Somesh Kumar said special focus should be placed on infrastructure development such as roads, drinking water, drainage, sewerage, nalas, lakes, park development, power, Vaikuntadamas, Basthi Dawakhanas and building integrated vegetarian and non-vegetarian markets, and other basic amenities during preparation. the plan.

He asked the police commissioners of Cyberabad and Rachakonda to draw up an action plan for the establishment of new police stations, and demanded that manpower take into account the growth and human settlements in these districts in the future.

The general secretary announced that once the basic details have been prepared, a meeting will be held by the minister with ministers, MPs, MLAs and MLCs of the territories along with the officials. After the feedback and discussions, the plans will be finalized.
