The Center is concerned that the number of Covid cases has increased drastically in 11 states this time over the last corona phase.

Maharashtra is in its worst conditions and is on high alert. Rajiv Gauba said they were deeply concerned about Maharashtra. The Center has appealed for immediate and better action in the Covid cases. Rajiv Gauba appealed to the respective state governments to utilize all available resources to curb Covid, not only the health department but also all departments are required to co-operate with the governments.

Information that there is a possibility of imposing more sanctions in Maharashtra.  Night curfew will come into effect from saturday in the pune district. Authorities said night curfew must be enforced to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. The pune divisional commissioner said bars, hotels, and restaurants would be closed for seven days. Also, places of worship will be completely closed for a week, according to orders issued by the government.
