    any1 train grip strength here? who has the strongest grip here? grippers

    i bought some grip genie grippers (no ad) cuz i watch their youtube alot and its crazy how jujimufu can close a gg5

    thats supposedly around 300lbs of strength

    i can do a 3 which is 200 lbs, i got smaller hands and weak grip strength

    since i haven't trained anything heavy in a while.


    figure I practice with these grippers to get some thicc forearms.

    I don't think just using one of those grip strength things is enough. Your forearms have like 15 different muscles, try squeezing your fist with a straight wrist vs supinating/pronating it.

    Idk though, I think my forearms have gained the least % mass other than maybe calves since I started lifting.

    I've been to a climbing/bouldering gym a few times, and there are hardcore climbing brahs that do pullups with legit 1 or 2 fingers on each hand. My fingers and forearms are on fire after a climbing session.

    i don't have any weights at home and im just starting out so i got some grippers

    i def gotten some newbie gains with the grippers already for sure. i like them cuz u can just sit around watching youtube and use em without thinking

    I have messed around with them a few times, but never trained consistently. I can close the coc 2.5.

    There are lots of things that you can do: Dead hangs from a bar, crumpling up newspaper with one hand, planks in the pushup position on your fingertips, towel pullups and the list goes on.
