Kymani Getaways, a company offering glamping experiences for groups, has recently announced a new brand for people who want an alternative to hotel meeting rooms or conference facilities. Kymani Events have decided to facilitate event organisers who want to hold outdoor events during the summer, and is proposing it as a COVID-safe alternative to hotels or meeting rooms.
The company has seven customisable venues, and provides the option to build a tailored schedule of activities onto the event, such as ice-breakers and challenges. The venues currently within the Kymani portfolio are Godstone Valley, Surrey; The Glade – Charlton Park, Wiltshire; The Meadow – Charlton Park, Wiltshire; Home Covet – The Grange Hampshire; Sunset Valley – Charlton Park, Wiltshire; and Kiln Paddock – Kentwell Hall, Suffolk.
Olivett Asare, Director, Kymani Getaways, said in statement that the concept is very simple where a glamping experience is being turned into an event and organisers are being offered a cost-effective, flexible and attractive alternative for the summer when event venues are closed, or tenancies are backing up as the industry begins to reopen.
It was also informed that Kymani Getaways picks up every side carefully for suitability and surroundings, and each one features 10 bell tents and a large central tipi with a firepit as a communal area. It provides options for pre-ordered catering and beverages so customers can focus on the most important part of the experience, their guests.
