Nigel Farage has questioned Priti Patel's plans to change the asylum seeker system, warning that "we are on the verge of an immigration explosion."

Speaking to talkRADIO's Mike Graham, the former Reform UK leader said: "Ever since she became Home Secretary it's almost as if the rhetoric of her statements rises in direct proportion to the number of those illegally living in the United Kingdom. We're on the verge of an immigration explosion, and we're not having that conversation."

Priti Patel said she was introducing a “comprehensive, fair but firm” plan which would address those entering the UK “illegally”.

So, now EU people coming into the UK has drastically lowered.

However, non-EU accounts for all of it and gives a higher total net into the UK than it has ever been. And that is without the illegals.

Nice, so:

- Less Polish/Romanians who are either secular or Christian and live a lifestyle similar to your average Brit, barring some leftover cases of retards.

- Or a German who might be into Finance and decided that London is a bit better for him exploration-wise than Frankfurt.

- Instead more illegals who might have been fighting against British soliders and people from some cultures that have a questionable integration record.


But instead, you see, more fish:

I said ages ago Brexit would mean less white immigrants & more black & brown ones. All that nationalists got out of it is, we actually do make our own rules now.

I am quite well-versed in British history, especially recent history and I can tell you that historical immigration from non-EU nations has been quite high in the past already. In fact, it's actually much much lower now than in the past so lol at this post...

I have nothing against someone being non-white. But what I have heard from Brits who oppose high levels of migration is stuff like:

- questionable family traditions of big families and non-working wives

- cultural practices that do not foster integration such as female genital mutilation and arranged marriages


And I am like.... literally no one in Europe does this...


So now you make the rules and there is a suggested overcrowding issue - how did the EU tell the UK what to do when it comes to non-EU migration?

I am talking more about since 1975, before then no reliable migration data. And since we live in the now, it is best to use that:

An estimated 282,000 more non-EU citizens moved to the UK than left in the year ending December 2019. This net estimate has gradually increased since 2013, and as at the year ending December 2019 is at the highest level since this information was first collected in 1975.

You need to be specific. What does the data show? 282,000? Is that between 2018 and 2019? What sort of "immigrants" are they? Short-term? Work visas? Temporary? Countries of origin? I find it hard to believe that such a large number would still be coming to the UK. Are you counting students - because lots of students from places like China come over, but then they quickly return after they have completed their courses because that is what the PRC has tacitly instructed. Details?

Having a big family with a non working wife is a "questionable" family tradition?

Sounds like a conservative household to me.

FGM & arranged marriages are definitely fukd up, but I don't know how what goes on inside someone's house limits integration.

Maintaining one's sovereignty is not only based on immigration limitations, its just that's the only leg you have to stand on as someone pro EU, I assume.
