K Surendran claims Modi for bagging items and giving away free kits! His remarks were made at an election rally attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Konni. BJP state president and NDA candidate K Surendran said that the free kit provided by the Kerala government belonged to the Modi government. Salary and pension could not be paid without the center's support. Surendran also alleged that the people did not get the help given by Modi when the floods came.
