Chennai: Australian opening batsman David Warner, who joined his Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise SunRisers Hyderabad in Chennai on Friday, has asked fans to suggest things he can do to kill time during the week-long quarantine.

The captain of the Hyderabad side will be quarantined in his hotel room for the next seven days according to BCCI’s SOPs for IPL 2021.
The Warner team has won five of their last six games to qualify for the playoffs in the 13th edition of the tournament, and the team will strive to continue the momentum in this IPL.
Using Instagram, he shared a video of himself and wrote: ‘I came and am ready to go, but one problem, I need some ideas to get through the next few days of quarantine !! Please give me some ideas. Comment below. # bored in the house # india # cricket. ”
‘I just woke up after a massive sleep and arrived here in Chennai yesterday afternoon.
Had 6-7 days to get through quarantine. I need some ideas, comment below, give me some ideas for funny things, silly things whatever. “Netflix shows that I need something,” he said in a video.
Warner posted a photo with his wife Candice Warner on social media on Thursday, saying ‘last wine together’, adding that it was time to pack the bags and travel to India.
“Our last wine together for a few months, blessed that we spent some time at home, but it’s time to pack our bags and leave for India. Love you very much darling @ candywarner1 #cricket #ipl #india #missyou, ”Warner wrote in an Instagram post.
Warner is the third highest scorer and the best among foreign players in the tournament. So far, he has scored 5,254 runs from 142 games at an average of 42.71. The southpaw dropped four tons in the league in the 48’s.
