Rios Rivero takes over as head of Bolivia's ATT

Bolivia's government has announced the appointment of Nestor Rios Rivero as the new director of the country'Telecommunications and Transportation Regulation and Supervision Authority (ATT). A lawyer by trade, Rios Rivero previously served in Bolivia's Superintendency of Telecommunications (SITTEL) and as a legal analyst in different areas of the ATT.
