Played video games
Watched movies
On my phone
Did everything laying down
Basically never moved or left the house unless I had to
Yesterday walked in the treadmill for 45 mins got off legs were shaking and tired af
Longest I’ve walked in years
Not fat at all
Gonna start walking in my treadmill during work/studying/gaming at home now to keep moving and build up my walking tolerance
Will I be fine?
