UK telcos meet PM to discuss gigabit broadband roll-out

The CEOs of major telecom operators in the UK have met with the Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Digital Secretary Oliver Dowden. Following the meeting on 01 April, the government issued a statement praising the telecoms firms for creating 22,000 jobs in the past year as part of the expansion of gigabit broadband in the country.
