I dont agree with these silly rules but you can still catch and spread covid even if you're vaccinated. the vaccine only reduces its impact so you don't have any symptoms or its a cold at worse- basically what happens to everyone under 50 who gets infected. This is why its pointless to take the vaccine if you're young and healthy but for oldcels I would recommend it.

stay 6 feet apart
never have social gatherings
be identified by a card to travel

A great benefit of everyone having it is you have a better chance of creating a situation like Marek's disease. A leaky vaccine allows the virus to spread and mutate and be strong without people getting so sick and killing the host.
