Don’t lock your neck in. Hold your head in a natural position. Form is fine, throw some real weight on there. You’re capable.

Tbh your form looks very awkward. Idk how to describe it well. I’d say like 4/10.
Edit: probably just need to be more natural with your neck. And stop resetting your position with each rep. Stay in the starting position unless you absolutely feel you need to fix something.Ex No Fap Crew 2013

Could be wrong but I feel like you are extending your legs too quickly which is stealing glute gains and putting more emphasis on quads rather than hip hinging. Looks kinda like a hex bar deadlift/squat.
