One incident has come from the Deoband Kotwali area of the Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, where a case of murdering a minor for not protesting against rape has come to light.
According to the information received, the police said that a boy kidnapped an 11-year-old minor teenager living in his own neighborhood and he tried to rape her.
When the accused could not rape the teenager after she protested, he strangled the teenager to death and threw her into a canal. When the police came to know about the incident, the police investigated and arrested the accused.
