0-59 is the bracket that they classify as young, so as always they are playing with the data since an increase in those affected as young ( between 50-59 years old is normal since all the old one are either dead or a have been vaccinated.
so the proportion is increasing but not the actual number

It's not just 20-39. My sister's school had a group of Grade 12s that had a party and shut an entire school down as a result. And pretty much every university residence has had an outbreak. Kids gonna party.
