Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIMN) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Westminster Business School, University of Westminster (United Kingdom), in a virtual ceremony on Wednesday.
Dr Katalin Illes (Associate Head, WBS), Dr Karen Jackson (Assistant Head of School), Dr Sumita Ketkar, Senior Lecturer (Leadership and Development), represented the Westminster Business School at the occasion.
Dr Ketkar said that the two institutions are poised to partner for engagements such as joint research and teaching, student exchanges, and international immersion. Dr Jackson echoed her sentiment, relating her positive experience during an earlier symposium conducted at IIM Nagpur. Dr Katalin Illes emphasized on quality over the quantity of engagements, mentioning that WBS focuses on forging partnerships based on a solid foundation of shared values
Dr Bhimaraya Metri (Director, IIM Nagpur), said the MoU would result in setting new benchmarks in management education by way of impactful, quality engagement and research, joint programmes and knowledge sharing opportunities between the two institutions.
