I'm not including money here because like 50% of losers who are too stupid to make money on their own will gladly date any ugly troll who is rich
Money aside, there are a significant minority who are attracted to humor/talent/intelligence. I've known ugly dudes who weren't rich or really high status, but were musically talented or really funny, and they did pretty well with girls out of their league appearance wise.
