Borosil Limited informed the exchanges Thursday that there has been an outbreak of fire today at one of the company’s warehouse situated at Ankleshwar, District Bharuch, Gujarat.
“Our emergency response team and local fire brigade have brought the fire under control. There are no injuries reported. We thank the local administration and fire brigade for their timely support,” company said.
The company is in the process of ascertaining the extent of damage.
“We would like to further state that the company has adequate insurance in place to cover the damage at the warehouse,” it added.
The company's trade ended at Rs169.90 per piece up Rs1.00 or 0.59% on the BSE.
