Samsung rolls out One UI 3.1 Core update to Galaxy M21 in India

The software has a download size of around 960MB and is already available to Galaxy M21 users in India. It is being rolled out as an OTA update. Those who don’t want to wait can check it manually by following the path Settings > Software update on their device.
The latest update improves the overall performance and security of the Samsung Galaxy M21. Other changelog includes new editing tools, Eye Comfort Shield, and improved stock apps to the smartphone.
It also brings a refreshed UI to the phone. Users can also remove GPS location data from images after updating their device to the latest version.
Samsung Galaxy M21 was launched in 2020 with Android 10 based One UI 2.0 it was updated to Android 11 recently. The handset has a 6.4-inch full HD+ display with Infinity U display and 1080x2340 pixel resolution. The phone’s display comes with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the top.
Powered by Samsung’s own octavos-core Exynos 9611 processor, the device packs 4GB of RAM. It comes in 64GB and 128GB internal storage which can be expanded using a microSD card.
On the camera front, Galaxy M21 has a triple rear camera with a 48MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5MP depth sensor. For selfies, the phone has a 20MP camera at the front.
