interested but a 350wpsu is overkill.

you probably can't find power supplies smaller than that

these kind of systems should be around 50w to 70w at the wall

as a data point, six comparable systems (though 1 is a hedt) run at ~350w nominal and ~500w at load

here nominal would be under 20% cpu usage and a typical load would be around 70%

Is it so all branded cpu comes will only "180 to 250w max even with i5 9gen"

I tested Dell Optiplex 7050 i5 6th Gen, 8 GB RAM, 256 SSD. THe CPU along was consuming only between 50w to 60w during its regular use(Was not gaming, regular office work)

@rsaeon sums it up perfectly.
These were the smallest ATX PSUs I could find at that time.
I figure 50 to 70W is accurate. But the added capacity would be useful if you decide to add a GPU.
